The Miller Bobcat 260 is an upgraded version of the Bobcat 250. With the inclusion of Miller’s innovative Remote Start/Stop technology, the Bobcat 260 eliminates the hassle of walking back and forth to start and stop the machine and the equally bad alternative of just leaving it run all day. With the push of a button on the wireless key fob transmitter, you can start and stop the machine like you can with the remote on/off key fob for a car. The new Bobcat 260 also has an amp/volt range of 40 – 260, a gain of 10 amps over the Bobcat 250.
This is my 2nd Bobcat Welder/Generator. I live at 5,600 ft, so the EFI model really appealed to me because of the altitude. The Bobcat starts right up with a bump of the switch every time. It arrived in perfect condition with no issues. I have a shop full of Miller products and chose them because of their dependability and value. I highly recommend this model and look forward to putting it to the test at work and at home.
